Personal data
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a set of laws that came into effect on May 25, 2018, put in place by the European Commission, and which affects all companies that have an activity in Europe.
What is the RGPD?
The RGPD establishes the rules on the collection and use of personal data and frames their treatment in an equal manner throughout the European Union.
A personal data is your name, your first name, your address, in short the data we need for you to buy a RESPI mask.
The RGPD is in line with the French Data Protection Act of 1978. It was designed around 3 objectives:
- strengthen the rights of individuals
- to make the actors processing the data accountable
- make regulation more credible through enhanced cooperation between data protection authorities.
To protect Internet users from data leakage or misuse of personal data, it is now mandatory for companies to keep visitors informed of all computer processing that is carried out on the basis of the data collected.
Like all e-retailers, we collect data on our users and we work with third-party providers, who therefore have access to some of our data.
This data is essential to provide you with the best possible experience on our site and to ensure the smooth processing of your order
